By booking, paying for, or participating in an OFF_SESSIONS session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
Booking & Reservation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required $500 MXN reservation deposit has been successfully received.
The reservation deposit is applied toward the total price of the selected session. Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided by OFF_SESSIONS.
Completing the reservation payment constitutes express acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All reservations are final and non-refundable.
Once a session has been confirmed:
- Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- Reservations cannot be rescheduled.
- Date or time changes require a new booking and a new payment.
- Failure to attend the booked session will be considered a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
If OFF_SESSIONS is unable to provide the booked session due to an operational or technical circumstance attributable to OFF_SESSIONS, an alternative session date or appropriate solution may be offered.
Session Duration & Arrival
Each booking provides 90 minutes of private studio session time.
Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Late arrival does not extend the session. The session will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of the participant's arrival time.
What to Bring
Participants are responsible for bringing everything required for their performance, including, where applicable:
USB drive, laptop and headphones.
OFF_SESSIONS is not responsible for corrupted files, missing music, incompatible formats, software issues, personal equipment malfunction, or other problems related to equipment or files supplied by the participant.
Guest Policy
Each reservation allows the participant to bring one guest.
Additional guests require prior authorization from OFF_SESSIONS and may be refused access to the studio.
Audiovisual Recording & Content
OFF_SESSIONS is a recorded studio experience.
By booking, paying for and/or participating in a session, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that their participation may be photographed, filmed, recorded and otherwise documented by OFF_SESSIONS.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OFF_SESSIONS retains ownership of audiovisual production materials created directly by OFF_SESSIONS in connection with the session, including photography, video recordings, behind-the-scenes footage, lighting captures, promotional edits, excerpts, reels and other production materials.
This does not transfer ownership of pre-existing intellectual property or third-party musical works, recordings or other protected materials to OFF_SESSIONS.
Image, Voice & Commercial Use Authorization
By completing a reservation, the participant grants OFF_SESSIONS, to the extent permitted by applicable law, a worldwide, royalty-free authorization to record, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute and communicate their image, likeness, voice, stage name, performance and participation in the session.
This authorization applies to promotional, editorial, advertising, marketing and commercial purposes related to OFF_SESSIONS.
Authorized uses may include OFF_SESSIONS websites, social media accounts, digital campaigns, promotional videos, reels, compilations, advertising materials, portfolios, presentations, press communications and current or future media platforms.
OFF_SESSIONS may edit, crop, combine, shorten, adapt or otherwise modify recorded material for these purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no additional compensation shall be payable to the participant for these authorized uses.
THIS AUTHORIZATION IS AN ESSENTIAL CONDITION OF THE BOOKING. BY COMPLETING PAYMENT, THE PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY CONFIRMS THEIR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AUTHORIZATION.
Third-Party Music & Intellectual Property
OFF_SESSIONS does not claim ownership over musical compositions, sound recordings, trademarks or other intellectual property belonging to third parties.
Participants remain responsible for the music and other third-party materials they choose to use during their session.
The participant acknowledges that publication of audiovisual content may be subject to copyright rules, music licensing restrictions and the policies of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other digital services.
OFF_SESSIONS reserves the right to mute, edit, restrict, remove or decline to publish material when necessary because of copyright claims, platform restrictions or third-party rights.
Studio & Equipment
Participants must use the studio, equipment and facilities responsibly and follow all instructions provided by OFF_SESSIONS staff.
Participants may be held responsible for damage caused through negligence, misuse or intentional conduct.
OFF_SESSIONS reserves the right to interrupt or terminate a session in the event of unsafe behavior, harassment, violence, intentional damage or conduct that may place people, facilities or equipment at risk.
A session terminated for these reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
Personal Belongings
Participants and guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
OFF_SESSIONS is not responsible for items that are lost, forgotten, stolen or damaged while at the studio, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Recording Deliverables
When audiovisual recording is included in the purchased experience, the material delivered will correspond only to the specific recording services included in the selected package.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, delivery of original footage does not include editing, color correction, audio post-production or additional versions.
Delivery times and methods may vary depending on the selected service.
Force Majeure
OFF_SESSIONS shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or inability to provide a session caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including power failures, government restrictions, emergencies, natural events or other force majeure circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, OFF_SESSIONS may offer an alternative solution.
Privacy & Booking Information
Information submitted during the reservation process may be used by OFF_SESSIONS to manage the booking, process payments, communicate session information, provide customer support and administer the OFF_SESSIONS experience.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking the payment button, completing the reservation deposit and/or attending an OFF_SESSIONS session, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
BY BOOKING, YOU AGREE.
Completing payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including the audiovisual recording, image, voice and content usage provisions described above.
