FAQ

How do I book my session? +
Go to BOOK YOUR SESSION, select your preferred date and time, complete your information and choose the experience you want to book. Your time slot is secured once the $500 MXN deposit is completed.
How do I confirm my booking? +
Your session is confirmed once the $500 MXN deposit is completed during the booking process. After that, you'll receive your session confirmation and studio access information.
When will I receive the location? +
OFF_SESSIONS takes place at a secret location in CP 02010, Mexico City. The exact address and access instructions are shared after your booking is confirmed.
What do I need to bring? +
Bring your music on a USB drive and your headphones. If your setup requires a laptop, bring it with you along with any specific adapters you may need.
Can I bring a guest? +
Yes. Each session allows 1 guest.
What is included in the Standard Session? +
A 90-minute private studio session, professional Pioneer DJ equipment, a BOSE Professional sound system and the immersive OFF_SESSIONS lighting environment. Live lighting operation and video recording are available as optional upgrades.
Can I bring my own camera, phone or video equipment to record my DJ set? +
Yes. The Video Recording upgrade is only for those who want us to provide the recording service. You're welcome to record your session yourself or bring your own equipment.
What is included in Video Recording? +
Your session is recorded with 2 fixed cameras. The original footage is delivered without editing.
When do I need to pay for my session? +
The remaining balance is due before your session begins. When you arrive at the studio, you can pay in cash or by card.
What is the cancellation policy? +
All bookings and payments are non-refundable. Sessions cannot be rescheduled. A new booking and payment are required to select a different date or time.
